Emer Fogarty is a Performance Psychologist specialising in the human side of growth, change and high performance.
She works with leaders, management teams and high-growth organisations to help them navigate the psychological and leadership demands that come with ambition, pressure and change.
Her work sits at the intersection of performance psychology, leadership development and business growth. She helps individuals and teams understand the inner factors that shape how they think, lead, relate and perform — particularly during periods of transition, increased responsibility and organisational growth.
Emer brings experience across private equity, corporate leadership and elite sport, giving her a distinctive perspective on what enables people to perform when expectations are high and the environment is changing quickly.
At the heart of her approach is a simple belief: business growth requires human growth. She combines evidence-based psychology, practical tools and honest conversation to help leaders increase self-awareness, unlock performance and develop the capacity to lead themselves and others more effectively.
Emer holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Galway and a Professional Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Irish Management Institute. She is also trained in psychometric assessment and draws on more than a decade of experience working across performance, leadership and organisational development.

How I Work
Human growth requires both challenge and support.
My approach is grounded in six values that shape how I work with leaders and management teams.
DRIVE
Growth requires ambition, courage and a willingness to move beyond what is comfortable.
RESPECT
Meaningful change happens when people feel challenged without being diminished.
PASSION
I bring energy, curiosity and genuine commitment to the people and businesses I work with.
FREEDOM
Growth creates choice. I help people move beyond limiting patterns and expand what they believe is possible.
AUTHENTICITY
Sustainable performance isn't about becoming somebody else. It's about leading with greater awareness and conviction from who you are.
EMPATHY
Change is deeply human. I bring psychological insight while never losing sight of the person experiencing the pressure, uncertainty and challenge of growth.
