About
_edited.png)
I am deeply passionate about alignment and high performance, having experienced firsthand how misalignment can lead to burnout, poor results, and unfulfilled potential. My journey—across diverse stages like playing inter-county Gaelic football, performing live in the Rose of Tralee, and excelling in a fast-paced tech firm like Version 1—has taught me that high performance is about aligning energy, mindset, and behavior with clear goals.

I believe that by aligning people, processes, and plans, organizations and teams can eliminate distractions and unlock maximum productivity, efficiency, and creativity. My approach blends insights from psychology, coaching, spirituality, and my personal experiences to foster lasting transformation.

I hold an undergraduate degree in Psychology from NUIG and a Professional Diploma in Executive Coaching from the IMI. I am certified in Thomas psychometric assessments, a Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance International), and a Reiki Master (Reiki Federation of Ireland).

The values that underpin my life and my practice
Drive
I love working with people and businesses who are driven to be their best and are open to developing a growth mindset.
Respect
I confidentially hold people whilst respecting our differences, our time and mutual effort towards uncovering the truth they want to own and love.
Passion
I highly value living with passion & heart. I believe when we connect through the heart we feel truly alive and purposeful and we can connect with others in a much more authentic way.

Freedom
We lose sight of the fact that we can design the life and the organisation we want. We don't have to stay stuck, we have the freedom to grow and expand beyond limitations.
Authenticity
There is no alignment without authenticity. In my practice, it's how I show up as a coach and teacher, and I seek to bring it out in organisations and in those I work with and meet in life.
Empathy
I value my credentials but I always try to stay human in my work and I try to relate to the people in front of me because I've been in their shoes and understand the ups and downs in life and the challenge of the journey to alignment.
